1. In the thePAY app, go to the 'Game Top-up, Gift Cards' menu and tap the JOOX (THA) product.
2. Select the amount to top up, then enter the email address where you want to receive the voucher code.
3. Tap 'Top up' and the code will be sent to that address.
How to use the JOOX Gift Card (Thailand) on the website
1. Visit the JOOX official page: https://www.joox.com/th
2. Click 'Log in' (or 'Sign up') in the top right corner.
3. After logging in, go to your account page (it may be shown as an account or profile icon).
4. Find the 'Buy VIP' or 'Subscribe' option and go to the redemption page.
5. Select the 'Use code' option.
6. Enter the redemption code and click 'Redeem'.
7. Once the code is successfully verified, your VIP membership will be activated automatically.
